Keeping on top of spending

Over the last few weeks, I have been trying to keep on top of how much I am spending on all the materials for this project.  I thought that this would be a good idea; one just because I like to keep on top of things like that and know for myself, and two, so I can figure out how much to price my work at at the end, based on how much I would've spent making the toy.
